the hotel room was quite comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and tidy. I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, who provided excellent service throughout my stay. the breakfast was delicious, and the hotel had great facilities, including a beautiful terrace and an authentic restaurant in a cave.
The hotel's Wi-Fi signal was weak in some areas, which was a bit inconvenient for me.

Friendly and helpfull staff, great location near town center, good price. Arranged some interesting tours, including a balloon ride. A note that takes nothing away from the hotel is that while they advertise WI-FI in all rooms, the signal does not reach them all. They did however set me up with a wired connection and that solved the problem. New, more powerful routers to be installed.

Great staff were very helpful in finding me an emergency dentist. The hotel has had a major do-up so both bed bathroom were very modern, functional and clean.Excellent. The hotel was 5 minutes walk from the town centre and bus station. The town is much less touristy than most and we really enjoyed our stay.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in a beautiful location surrounded by natural landscapes. The hotel had a traditional and unique decoration that I really appreciated. The staff were helpful and assisted with carrying our heavy bags. The grounds were refreshing with green grass and blossoming flowers, providing a relief from the desert surroundings. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and some even had balconies. The breakfast served in the morning was delicious and offered a variety of options to cater to all tastes.
All in all, everything was just fine.

Fairly new, good-looking hotel in the center.
In April, during our stay, the hotel was the repair and and the noise was until 22.00 pm.Drill sounds were well heard in the room and I could not relax. It would have been correct to warn us for repair when booking or even more appropriate at this time not to accept guests. There were dust, even the breakfast room chairs. Very small double room.

Its convenient downtown location, just a short distance from shops and restaurants, makes it a convenient choice. The hospitality of the host and hostess is commendable, and they go the extra mile to ensure that guests enjoy their stay. The breakfast buffet is generous, providing enough food to cater to every taste.
All aspects of the hotel were satisfactory, nothing to be improved.

It is a 3 star hotel, and it is really not more than that. Location is good, lobby is good, but they gave us the tiniest rooms, which we regretted. We should have chosen another hotel.
The rooms are so small ( the ones given to us..) Also the bathrooms The beds are not comfortable.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in this hotel located near the center of the town. The transportation service was reliable, as they even took us to the airport on time. The hotel facilities were impeccable, and we particularly enjoyed spending time in the beautiful garden and top terrace that offered stunning views. The staff were the best part of our stay, always available, very polite and helpful. They helped us arrange tours and rental cars, making our stay more enjoyable.
Everything great.

Spent Easter holidays and it was amazing! Loved being in a hotel that provided two complimentary bottles of water daily, as well as free toiletries. the location was perfect - right in the heart of everything but still quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. the view from the terrace was incredible and the breakfast had a lot of variety.
Couldn't find a good coffee shop nearby, and the air conditioning in the room could be better.

We enjoyed our city break at this charming hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was buffet-style with a great choice of locally sourced food. The hotel's key location made it easy to explore the city center and nearby attractions. the hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.
We were disappointed by the lack of modern amenities in the room, and the outdated décor reminded us of the 70s. It felt like the hotel needs some renovations to keep up with today's standards.
